Actively involved in cycling for over thirty years with a Forces background. Led several expeditions, Alps Maritime and Picos de Europa among them. MTB guide, instructor and event organiser, former MTB racer and bike dealer.

Author of several cycling publications, editor and contributor.

Fan of pizzas and cod & chips, though not always on the same plate.

Following his BA, MA and MS (Dist) with fellowship of the HEA and membership of the BPsS, Antanas brings to bear 18 years in neuropsychology related research, teaching, administration and communications. And his well-travelled smile!
